Thank you for choosing Tender Green Store for your gardening needs. Please review our Shipping & Delivery Policy to understand how we ensure your orders reach you in a timely and efficient manner.

Domestic Shipping:

Orders for domestic buyers are shipped via registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post. Please note that Tender Green Store products are not shipped outside of India.

Order Processing Time:

Orders are typically delivered within 10 working days from the date of order confirmation. Delivery timelines are subject to courier company/post office norms.

Delivery Address:

Delivery will be made to the registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card used for the transaction, unless specified otherwise at the time of order.

Delivery Responsibility:

Tender Green Store is not liable for any delays in delivery caused by courier companies or postal authorities. We guarantee to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 7 working days from the date of the order.

Damage in Transit:

Tender Green Store is not responsible for any damage to the order during transit to the buyer.

Delivery Tracking and Dispute Resolution:

Delivery will be considered complete based on online tracking and Delivery Receipts (DRS) provided by the courier partner. In case a product is not delivered within 25 days from the shipping date, customers are requested to contact us at support@tendergreenstore.com for further investigation and resolution. We may provide a refund or replacement if the product has not been delivered.

Shipping Charges:

For India customers, the standard shipping charge is Rs 80 for all orders. Shipping charges for multiple products are calculated based on the total weight of all units ordered. Separate delivery fees may apply when ordering different plants to be delivered at different locations due to sourcing and shipping from different cities.

 Payment:

Tender Green Store accepts all major credit cards securely through Razorpay for fast and efficient payments.

Delivery Limitations:

Deliveries are available for all urban areas in India serviced by major courier agencies. For remote/rural areas, delivery will be made via local couriers or Indian Speed Post and may take longer. Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and national holidays.
